Prohibited activity

Do not use services for malware distribution, phishing, unauthorised access, denial-of-service attacks, unsolicited abusive mail or unlawful content. Do not conduct scans, tests or resource-intensive work outside the authorisation and scope agreed for the environment.

Data and software rights

You are responsible for authority to process the data and use the software you deploy. Obtain appropriate licences and approvals. Do not upload confidential records, passwords or private keys to public content or enquiry forms.

Resource and access boundaries

Use the configuration and access permissions agreed for the service. Additional users, software, addresses or resources may require a revised quotation and appropriate entitlement. Do not attempt to interfere with other environments or bypass administrative controls.

Reporting concerns

Report suspected abuse to support@cloudlelo.com with the affected service, time and safe relevant detail. Do not include third-party secrets or unrelated personal records.

Service actions

A concern may require investigation, access restriction or other action under the service agreement and applicable obligations. This page makes no claim about an automated response system or a fixed action timeline.
