From setup to the first working day

Choose the services your team needs alongside its subscription.

Domain and account setup

Verify domain access, prepare mailboxes and record administrator ownership.

A planned migration

Agree which messages, calendars and contacts can move. Test a pilot and confirm the cutover window.

A clear handover

Check sending, receiving and user access. Document the approved configuration and ongoing support scope.

Choose mail features before a subscription

List mailboxes, storage, access methods and collaboration needs. Compare a focused mailbox subscription with an edition that includes additional workplace tools. Confirm the provider’s current entitlements and the available licence term before approving a quotation. CloudLelo can review the subscription and requested setup work, but a provider product name does not imply that every edition has the same retention, migration or client-access capabilities.

Prepare domain and user administration

Confirm who owns the domain and who is authorised to manage DNS. Create an account inventory with aliases, groups and access needs, then agree administrator ownership and recovery contacts. Plan how users will be added, disabled and removed. Sender authentication should cover the business’s legitimate mail sources, including websites and applications. Follow the selected provider’s current instructions and validate mail flow after the routing change.

Specify migration and recovery expectations

Record the source provider, mailbox sizes and historical data types. Review migration tools and test a representative account before changing routing. Decide how calendars, contacts or excluded items will be handled and how long the previous environment is retained. Retention features and independent backups need a separate review. A subscription price does not automatically cover migration labour or establish a guaranteed restore time for deleted mail.

Management and customer responsibilities

A subscription gives your organisation the provider features available in its purchased edition. CloudLelo onboarding, migration and ongoing tenant administration are scoped separately. Your business remains responsible for account approvals, content, authorised users, retention decisions and its application or device policies. Confirm who holds administrator access and how a future handover will work before purchasing.

Agree who handles each task

A task is assigned to CloudLelo only when it appears in the agreed management scope.

Test mail flow, devices and access. Hand over tenant ownership, account instructions and agreed support contacts.

Zoho Mail: practical questions

Understand the configuration and responsibilities before requesting an order.

Can we keep our domain name?

Yes, when the authorised business can verify the domain and make the required DNS changes. Review existing mail sources before changing routing.

Are migration and admin support included?

The quotation separates the subscription from onboarding, migration and ongoing administrator work. Request the tasks you need and confirm their scope.

Are all Zoho editions priced here?

Licence rates and terms are confirmed in a quotation. Tell us the intended edition, users and commitment so the equivalent commercial offer can be reviewed.

How is this service priced?

The quotation identifies resources or subscriptions, selected operating work, taxes, licences and commercial commitments. Consulting and provider consumption charges are reviewed separately.

What should I send with an enquiry?

Describe the application or provider, current setup, users, data size and intended change. Avoid passwords, private keys and confidential business records.

Are backups or recovery included?

Confirm protected data, frequency, retention, storage location and restore responsibilities separately. Provider retention features do not automatically establish an independent backup arrangement.

How are support and management defined?

The approved scope lists tasks, channels, escalation and maintenance responsibilities. Any support hours or response commitments must be agreed for the service.

Can the configuration or subscription change later?

Changes depend on availability, software and commercial commitments. Review potential interruption, data, licences and costs before approving a resource or subscription change.
