From setup to the first working day

Choose the services your team needs alongside its subscription.

Domain and account setup

Verify domain access, prepare mailboxes and record administrator ownership.

A planned migration

Agree which messages, calendars and contacts can move. Test a pilot and confirm the cutover window.

A clear handover

Check sending, receiving and user access. Document the approved configuration and ongoing support scope.

Distinguish email from productivity licensing

An email requirement does not automatically mean every user needs desktop productivity software. Review mail, browser applications, installed applications and collaboration separately. Microsoft product entitlements depend on the exact subscription, so confirm the proposed plan against current provider documentation. Record the seat count, commitment and applicable renewal conditions. Additional migration or administration services are separately scoped and should not be hidden within an assumed monthly licence rate.

Prepare the tenant and user model

Identify the business owner, authorised administrators and existing domains. Review account creation, user permissions, shared access and security settings before onboarding. Decide how licence changes and departures will be approved, and check any existing directory or application dependencies. CloudLelo can quote for the requested tenant work, but the organisation must retain a clear understanding of ownership, recovery contacts and the accounts that can authorise changes.

Validate the migration at application level

Inventory mailboxes, calendars, contacts, shared permissions and devices. Review the source and destination capabilities, then pilot the selected migration approach. Test mail routing, authentication, Outlook access and any business systems that send messages. Some items require separate handling or remain excluded; document these before cutover. The migration plan should include acceptance criteria and a transition decision, rather than promising that every source feature will move without an interruption.

Management and customer responsibilities

A subscription gives your organisation the provider features available in its purchased edition. CloudLelo onboarding, migration and ongoing tenant administration are scoped separately. Your business remains responsible for account approvals, content, authorised users, retention decisions and its application or device policies. Confirm who holds administrator access and how a future handover will work before purchasing.

Agree who handles each task

A task is assigned to CloudLelo only when it appears in the agreed management scope.

Microsoft 365: practical questions

Understand the configuration and responsibilities before requesting an order.

Does every Microsoft 365 plan include desktop Office apps?

Entitlements differ by subscription. Identify whether each user needs email, web applications, installed applications or specific administration features, then confirm the selected plan.

Can we keep an existing tenant?

Share the current tenant and administrator situation without sending credentials. Existing subscriptions, domain ownership and partner or administrator relationships need review before changes are proposed.

Why is a quotation required for licences?

Seat count, commitment, edition and reseller terms affect the commercial offer. We verify those details before displaying a numerical licence price or promising renewal conditions.

How is this service priced?

The quotation identifies resources or subscriptions, selected operating work, taxes, licences and commercial commitments. Consulting and provider consumption charges are reviewed separately.

What should I send with an enquiry?

Describe the application or provider, current setup, users, data size and intended change. Avoid passwords, private keys and confidential business records.

Are backups or recovery included?

Confirm protected data, frequency, retention, storage location and restore responsibilities separately. Provider retention features do not automatically establish an independent backup arrangement.

How are support and management defined?

The approved scope lists tasks, channels, escalation and maintenance responsibilities. Any support hours or response commitments must be agreed for the service.

Can the configuration or subscription change later?

Changes depend on availability, software and commercial commitments. Review potential interruption, data, licences and costs before approving a resource or subscription change.
