From setup to the first working day

Choose the services your team needs alongside its subscription.

Domain and account setup

Verify domain access, prepare mailboxes and record administrator ownership.

A planned migration

Agree which messages, calendars and contacts can move. Test a pilot and confirm the cutover window.

A clear handover

Check sending, receiving and user access. Document the approved configuration and ongoing support scope.

Choose an edition from your requirements

Prepare a list of users, storage needs, meeting requirements and account controls before comparing Workspace editions. Gmail and collaboration tools are part of the broader product, but particular entitlements vary by edition and commercial offering. Check the current provider information against the proposed subscription. The quotation should identify the exact edition, seat commitment and any added services, rather than assuming a feature from one edition belongs to every Workspace purchase.

Keep tenant and administrator ownership clear

Verify the domain through the provider’s current process and name authorised administrators. The business should understand how it holds tenant ownership, recovery contacts and licence information. Plan user creation, groups, aliases, security settings and departures. CloudLelo onboarding and ongoing administrator assistance are separate scoped services, so identify the tasks required. Never place administrator passwords, recovery codes or private information in the initial website enquiry.

Pilot mailbox migration before changing routing

Inventory source accounts and data, select a suitable migration method and test representative mailboxes. Check the treatment of calendars, contacts, labels, folders and historical data against the agreed scope. Plan DNS changes and sender authentication for every legitimate mail source. Validate incoming and outgoing mail and user access after the change. Your quotation should describe migration work separately from the licence charge and identify what stays on the previous service.

Management and customer responsibilities

A subscription gives your organisation the provider features available in its purchased edition. CloudLelo onboarding, migration and ongoing tenant administration are scoped separately. Your business remains responsible for account approvals, content, authorised users, retention decisions and its application or device policies. Confirm who holds administrator access and how a future handover will work before purchasing.

Agree who handles each task

A task is assigned to CloudLelo only when it appears in the agreed management scope.

Google Workspace: practical questions

Understand the configuration and responsibilities before requesting an order.

What Workspace editions can be quoted?

Tell us which features you need. We can review the relevant Workspace edition and confirm its availability, licence commitment and reseller terms in the quotation.

Does a licence include CloudLelo administration?

The subscription and CloudLelo professional services are separate commercial items. The quote identifies any included onboarding, migration or ongoing tenant administration.

Who owns the Workspace tenant?

Administrator ownership and domain control should be agreed with your organisation before setup. The handover documents should record authorised accounts and recovery responsibilities.

How is this service priced?

The quotation identifies resources or subscriptions, selected operating work, taxes, licences and commercial commitments. Consulting and provider consumption charges are reviewed separately.

What should I send with an enquiry?

Describe the application or provider, current setup, users, data size and intended change. Avoid passwords, private keys and confidential business records.

Are backups or recovery included?

Confirm protected data, frequency, retention, storage location and restore responsibilities separately. Provider retention features do not automatically establish an independent backup arrangement.

How are support and management defined?

The approved scope lists tasks, channels, escalation and maintenance responsibilities. Any support hours or response commitments must be agreed for the service.

Can the configuration or subscription change later?

Changes depend on availability, software and commercial commitments. Review potential interruption, data, licences and costs before approving a resource or subscription change.
