Who this service suits

Choose google cloud consulting around a measured workload and a clear operating model.

Planning a cloud environment

Teams evaluating Google Cloud services against an application inventory, spending approvals and operations requirements.

Reviewing an existing setup

Organisations checking resource use, access ownership, backup needs and change responsibilities.

Moving a workload

Businesses planning a migration with dependency mapping and practical acceptance tests.

Configuration and technical scope

The quotation records the available options and the exact supplied configuration.

RequirementWhat to review
Account ownershipYour organisation owns its Google Cloud organisation and projects and approves billing access.
AssessmentReview projects, identities, application services and billing ownership.
DeploymentAgree the selected services and technical deliverables.
ConsumptionProvider charges are separately budgeted and monitored.
OperationsIdentify customer tasks and any scoped management work.
MigrationConfirm compatibility, transfer and acceptance criteria.

Scope your service clearly

Separate the core service from work and software that need an additional agreement.

Core service

The server configuration or professional service described in the quotation. Confirm access, operating system and the agreed deliverables.

Optional services

Migration, backup administration, monitoring, management and additional software need a separately agreed scope and price.

Commercial details

Confirm taxes, setup charges, licensing, commitment, renewal and cancellation. Availability, workload location and support commitments belong in the quotation.

Start with workload and account ownership

A Google Cloud engagement begins with the applications you want to run, not a collection of services purchased in advance. List runtimes, databases, integrations and business access requirements. Confirm who owns the Google Cloud organisation and projects, approves spending and grants administrator access. These responsibilities remain with your organisation unless a specific task is assigned in the scope. Review existing environments before creating new resources that duplicate a service or complicate a later handover.

Compare architecture with operating effort

Choose Google Cloud services around the workload and the team that will operate them. A virtual machine, a managed database and an application platform have different administration and consumption models. Review available options without assuming a provider feature is included in a CloudLelo consulting fee. Document the selected architecture, network boundaries, access roles and recovery approach. Any example configuration is a discussion starting point; actual resources and performance need validation against the application.

Keep spending and change approvals visible

Provider consumption may include compute, storage, network traffic and separately selected services. Ask for a cost review that records assumptions and distinguishes provider charges from CloudLelo professional-service fees. Set spending ownership and agree who may create, resize or remove resources. A budget alert is useful information rather than a guaranteed spending cap. Ongoing management, monitoring and incident work require a separate agreed scope after the initial deployment or migration.

Management and customer responsibilities

Consulting is a scoped engagement rather than an included platform entitlement. Your organisation controls the cloud account, approves spending and owns the application and its data. CloudLelo can review the requested setup, migration or operational work. The quotation identifies deliverables, access requirements, change approvals and exclusions. Provider consumption charges, third-party licences and ongoing management are separately reviewed.

Agree who handles each task

A task is assigned to CloudLelo only when it appears in the agreed management scope.

03

Prepare and validate

Agree migration or deployment, backup checks and acceptance tests. Define the rollback decision and retain source access until handover criteria are met.

04

Operate and review

Document credentials, ownership and escalation contacts. Review resource use, maintenance and recovery arrangements as the workload changes.

Google Cloud Consulting: practical questions

Understand the configuration and responsibilities before requesting an order.

Are provider charges included in consulting?

Provider usage and software licences are separately reviewed from CloudLelo professional-service fees. The quotation identifies any included items explicitly.

What access is needed for the engagement?

Identify the account owners and the roles needed for the agreed tasks. Authorise access through a secure channel and record the handover or removal process.

Who owns the cloud account?

Your organisation should own the account, billing relationship and authorised access. Record handover and administrator permissions before work begins.

How is this service priced?

The quotation identifies resources or subscriptions, selected operating work, taxes, licences and commercial commitments. Consulting and provider consumption charges are reviewed separately.

What should I send with an enquiry?

Describe the application or provider, current setup, users, data size and intended change. Avoid passwords, private keys and confidential business records.

Are backups or recovery included?

Confirm protected data, frequency, retention, storage location and restore responsibilities separately. Provider retention features do not automatically establish an independent backup arrangement.

How are support and management defined?

The approved scope lists tasks, channels, escalation and maintenance responsibilities. Any support hours or response commitments must be agreed for the service.

Can the configuration or subscription change later?

Changes depend on availability, software and commercial commitments. Review potential interruption, data, licences and costs before approving a resource or subscription change.
